Front Door / Registration Volunteers (6 positions):
ALL OF THE VOLUNTEER POSITIONS APPLY TO THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE CONFERENCE
We are in need of 6 Front Door / Registration Volunteers
The Registration Volunteers assists in Checking in Conference Attendees, providing them with a program and tote bag.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Arriving at the conference at 7:15 am for set-up and Orientation
- Manning the entrance from 7:45 until possibly 9:45 am to check in attendees and answer their simple FAQ’s.
- Taking turns with other Registration Volunteers throughout the duration of the conference to man the Registration Desk
Requirements:
- A sense of humor
- Flexibility
- Become familiar with the event layout and classes.
Media Assistant: Photographer:
ALL OF THE COORDINATOR ASSISTANT POSITIONS APPLY TO THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE CONFERENCE
The conference photographer will be responsible for taking photographs the day of the conference.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Arriving at 7:00 am the day of the conference
- Getting the original and edited copies of the digital photos to the Foot Zone Conference Committee by April 21, 2020
Requirements:
- A computer
- A nice camera
- A good eye
- A sense of humor
- You know – the ability to take decent photos!
- A knowledge of the classes, the speakers, and class locations

The photographer will have loose requirements, but there are no restrictions on which classes to attend, etc.
