How Knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology Enhances Your Foot Zone Technique
by Julie Cheney
If you know the Zone Technique well then why do you need to know Anatomy and Physiology? Isn’t it all in the zone? Let me tell you how I feel about intuition and the zone and how the more you know the more you can understand while zoning. As Zoners we do not diagnose or prescribed but being effective is what we all want and this can help you to be effective. We will use the heart as an example: I will spend time on the anatomy of the heart and how understanding the heart will help you be more effective while doing the zone technique.
